Guilty on #1...that makes it a death penalty case.
#1 is responsible for deaths
Guilty on 2...death of Krystal Campbell
Guilty on 3...possession or use of firearm resulting in death
Guilty on 4...use of WMD
Guilty on the first couple counts (using weapon of mass destruction in a crime resulting in death).
I'll leave it to the reader to get the rest. Obviously the jury has found Tsarnaev responsible for all 4 deaths and it will now move onto the death penalty phase.
I feel bad for the guy. It's this country's fault, not his. We should have given him more opportunities (better job, better education, etc.). When he burns, we should all feel guilty.

he's statistically more likely to have his charges overturned than be killed by lethal injection
4 years is what McVeigh waited.Federal Charges can't mess around as much with appeals, though McVeigh waived some of his.

Questions that the defense should have posed to the prosecution witnesses (very much a partial list).
1. Seeing as how the video of D Tsarnaev placing the 2nd bomb that you initially claimed was used to identify the Tsarnaev brothers as the bombers does not exist -- as I think we can safely assume as it was never introduced into evidence -- how did the authorities actually identify them as the bombers.
2. Why was no ballistic evidence supporting the claim that the gun you claim was used to kill Collier submitted? Surely the tests were performed.
3. How can you show us a video that you claim shows the brothers approaching Collier but in fact is so blurry that nobody can tell who it is with a straight face?
4. Why did the FBI art first deny any prior knowledge of the brothers until Russia let us know that they had warned you about them?
5. And since you now admit that you had interviewed T Tsarnaev once how is it you had to go to the public to identify the brothers?
6. What is the connection between the brothers mother claiming the FBI met with T Tsarnaev several times and your threatening her with prosecution for an alleged shop lifting in Natick should she return to the USA?
7. Why did you kill that unarmed friend of the Tsarnaevs in Florida?
8. Why couldn't you find the location the bombs were assembled if it was indeed the brothers who built them?
