This is the year, I can feel it where Shannon Rowbury will dominate Jenny Simpson in the1500 AND Molly Huddle in the 5k, she has come really close to beating them before, but this is the year, the NOP ( best training group in the world) has her in good form, enought to be a world contender.

Depends how you measure. Rowbury may win more matchups...but the only one that matters to jbs is worlds. And Jenny has a bye. So rowbury has to peak twice...gives jbs a big advantage.
Rowbury ran 3:59 in this race, and this is how big the gap really is. The AR that Jenny is chasing is between Jenny and Hassan in this race.
Nahhh, Jenny and Molly are just too damn tough to get around. Funny thing is if those two girls didnt exist she would be national number 1 in both the 1500 and 5k. I think her legacy will be, that one who is always second place. Plus shes getting long in the tooth, and before long will want to have little mexican irish babies.

Jenny was arguably the best 1500 runner in the world last year (3:57 and 3:58). So for Shannon to dominate would mean a either mean a significant drop off for Jenny, or Shannon will need to have the best year of any American middle distance runner ever by far.

I'd very much like to take this bet. Rowbury is tough as nails, but she's more likely to be #3 than #1, IMO.
She'll be up there but she won't beat Jenny at worlds.
Jenny seems unbeatable in the 1500. I don't see how Shannon could best her at this point. Also, who do you think will be on the team for worlds? Jenny, Shannon....who do we think is in the running?
