This is a fine time for Scott and when you consider that she is probably best right now at the mile, she has a very good future at 3k-5k with good endurance.

That list shows how good Lisa Uhl was. Betsy Saina and Sally Kipyego were very good NCAA runners but since then have become incredible, and Kipyego has run in the 14:30s.

Uhl, Saina, and Tuliamok-Bolton all ran on the same Iowa State team, Tuliamok-Bolton transferred to Wichita her final year, Uhl was a year older, still teammates though they never won the cross country team title.

I forgot Meaghan Nelson at #9, so Iowa State has the 1, 3 and 9th fastest womens 10000 runners in NCAA history and the 5th fastest ran 3 years at Iowa State, pretty impressive.
