Assume you are a deserted island that (1) has ample fresh, drinkable water and (2) somehow has a climate to grow only five things. The five things have to be raw products that grow from the earth.
I will start:

(4) Almonds
(5) Blueberries
1. Weed
2. Hops
3. Corn
4. Boat parts
5. Hot, horny women
I actually thought about whether weed would be a good choice. It is a rather innocous drug and would make for a better time over the long haul. It is also a lot easier to get high off than trying to brew beer.

A touch of oregano
Garlic isn't a bad choice. Not sure why you would grow the grains to make sphaghetti when there are other grains that are healthier and easier to produce.
You really need two herbs for your pasta?

Yes but it is extracted from the seeds not the finished bean. That takes a lot more processing than olive oil.

The five may not exclude other things. You would almost always have a circumstance with trees and fauna having edible leaves. It wouldn't make sense otherwise and still have good soil. A knowledgable botanist would know some trees or plants that kill many birds with one stone: nutritious fruit, nutritious leaves, nutritious roots, medicinal or nutritious bark and stems etc, and/or fatty seeds.

Anyway actually it would probably be a good idea to have a natural painkiller and even better to have some medical skills to go with it. If you get in some physical trauma or illness there won't be EMTs or hospitals to help, so opium poppies would be the quickest answer.

Opium is a good choice. Aloe is another thing I hadn't thought of.

Perhaps if the rest of the crops required no maintenance at all.
Everyone knows that potheads have no ambition and drive.
