Hmm interesting. You don't get really nervous around doctors do you? You'll want to have a chat with a doctor who works with athletes. Try to find a GP who is a former college runner if possible. Regular folks won't understand how absurd it is for a 50.9/1:55 guy to be prehypertensive.
I had similar numbers (both time and BP). But for me it runs in the family. Key to blood pressure measurements is to do them regularly, preferably by someone who knows what they're doing. I wouldn't put too much faith in one reading.
