Glad to see him do well today. He got a few good scalps.

One thing I noticed was his form. The other guys around him, especially Centro, never broke form. Matt did.

Even early in the race, he ran with his chin down. Towards the end, he head was tilted down and to the side.

I'm no expert, but I'd like to see him work on his form. Would love to see him make the Rio Olympics for the 1500.

fastest 400 split. He just needs to work on positioning.
