I'm the same height as her but 25 pounds, heavier I feel like if got down to that weight i would be able to glide efortlessly and wouldn't get injured as easily because I wold be light on my feet. I'm 10 grade so I don't think Im growing anymore, seems right around 105 would be a good weight for me.

She could have lost 5 pounds since this filled out the bio form. When it comes to weight many factors are in play: bone structure, muscle mass, genetics, and the amount of fat you have on your body, etc. It hard to compare your body to someone else especially with someone older. At your age I still had some baby fat, I was thin, but as I got older I leaned out more.
The best thing to do is to find out your fat percentage and make sure it's in a healthy range. I know some girls that are very low in fat percentage and they are always injured with stress fractures. It's not worth it. Stay healthy.
There is a book called Eat Right For Your Type by Dr Peter Adamo. The way of eating is based on your blood type. The book will give you the foods that your body will excel with and foods that are not good for your body. I found this book to be really accurate and I have a blood type O.
