Yes, I haven’t been running as much as I use to, but I have been using the bike in the gym and the rowing machine. Which I used each like 30-35min each time and I also run like twice a week. What I was wonder is if I am eating really health not a lot of junk at all just a little a night buts its health food that I pick on. So I wanted to know is the two pounds i gain muscle or weight, I am in college but believe mean I health really health, most times i just eat salads without dressing and just veggies, i get all my fruit and every thing. So is it weight or muscle you think. and i been using the machines for months now.
