how many Running Outfits do you need if you are doing Doubles everyday??

You need 1 pair of shorts. If you insist on wearing a shirt, add 1 shirt.

when you shower after your run, take your shirt and shorts in, rinse them off, apply some soap, rinse some more. Hang outside to dry.

You will need multiple pairs of socks.

Also I'll probably only shower once a day as I don't really smell after a workout.

Did you not just say that its really humid and so your clothes will be soaking so you you dont want to rewear them because thats gross?

Can't you just turn them inside out?

Try to get as many wears as possible out of each article of clothing.

Shorts: Alternate pairs, washing in shower if needed.

Shirts: Re-wear previous day's shirt, cycle until it turns stiff.

Socks: Re-wear the pair from two days ago, cycle until it turns stiff.

They might not pass the Smell Test, but they'll pass the Dry Test.

I haven't done laundry since December.

Anyone telling you to rewear clothes is disgusting, probably smells, and is asking for a skin infection/rash. If you are running 2x a day, everyday and doing laundry once a week you need 12 sets minimum. Possibly more as back up in case you're busy and don't have time to do laundry.

Well it's great for you that you can afford 12 sets of running clothes. I'd say 3 sets, maybe 4, rewear shorts and run shirtless, never rewear socks, and only rewear the next day, after they've been able to dry a bit. Toss your clothes in the laundry every chance you get. Your mum runs a load for her clothes? Toss shorts in. Your brother washes his? Toss shorts in. Can't wash them? Do the shower thing if they're especially rank

How much would it really cost to buy 8 pairs of running shorts and shirts?If you troll clearance racks at Marshall's/TJ Maxx, even Macy's and the bargain bin at the local running store you can probably get men's split shorts for as low as $5 and no more than $20. Shirts--most runners get tons of free t-shirts, I don't think I've ever bought a t-shirt for running. Costs are even lower if you're a man and don't have to buy sports bras because sports bras that don't crap out on you in a few months are going to cost ~$30 even if you look for good sales. The OP said he has to go to a laundry mat to was his clothes so throwing clothes in the wash is not super simple. Running shorts also last forever so I don't see the big deal about spending money on more pairs to not smell. Over the past 10 years I've only gotten rid of shorts because they did not fit anymore or they went missing in athletic department laundry.

Simple: If your shorter double is in the evenings then wear a fresh pair of clothing every morning and wear the same "double" clothes at night before hopping in the shower. Boom! Wash it all on the weekend.

you need 16 pairs of shorts and shirts and as many decent pairs of socks if you're only going to do laundry once a week. 2 for every day and a couple extra if something goes wrong. You don't want to be rewearing clothes if its hot and you get humid. Get enough so that you aren't searching through your laundry trying to find the driest shorts, thinking how gross it is.
