Right now, I jam anything down my throat that tastes good. Whether its pop, greasy hamburgers, candy, or anything else. Its not that I don't ever eat anything healthy, its just that I eat whatever I feel like and don't care whether its healthy or not. I also, constantly snack.
Is this OK? I am a D1 College runner, and I take Vitamins, so I get all the nutrients and stuff I need. If I Eat healthier, will it help my running? Anyone have any experience?
The main reason I don't eat healthy, is I don't know where to start. I don't know what foods aren't and are ok to eat. I don't know how many calories, or how much fat is a lot, or the amounts I need. I don't know how you determine any of this. Someone got some solid advice, or a source that can help me out with this?
