How neccessary are supplements. I was recently advised by a physio who is high end that I should take "be-well", an english supplement that radcliffe also takes. since taking it, i,ve not really felt any better or more energetic, and have still been sick twice. It,s an all round vitamin drink for the immune system. It's supposed to be good, and costs me 50 dollars a month. should i keep taking it or would my money be better spent on something else?
