Do 5-6 next time, 7 would be more like a short 8K workout. My guess is 17:15.
This is for sure a sub17 5k.
i'd say about 16:40 but it could be faster depending on how you felt in the last two.

sub 17 for sure!

17:25-10 this is similar to one of my workouts but your finish was a lot faster
Have you raced at all this year?

I am working with your final 5 reps, considering the first two to be more like part of a strong warm up.
I am guessing you were giving everything you had in the last 1-2 reps. If that is not the case, and rather it was more like comfortably strong at the finish (and you could have done another rep slightly faster), I would call closer to 16:30-35, on the track or a flat course in very good weather.
