I am a frosh sprinter at a NAIA college. As a junior in hs i ran 51.6 off of basically just 400 training. As a senior, i was hurt during the winter, so got no speed in during the off season. During the season i ran basically just 800s off of 800/mile training. But once again ran 51.6. This season i'm training basically for a 400. Just wondering if a sub-50 would be a reasonable goal...providing i stay healthy.
