rough going for abbey d. I hope she can get forward momentum back - now it's been a year since she has run well.
but she's nails and young - as long as she heals up, this could make her very hungry just in time for outdoors.

AKA she has a sacral SF.

I'm not sure I like this. She's an adult and should be making the decision about whether or not to run. I think this is especially important with a male coach/female athlete.
