I did 16 x 400 on Tuesday averaging 73 off of 1 minute rest and ran a 9:55 3K yesterday.

Never raced the 1500, but I ran a 5:00 last spring in the mile. So like ~4:35-4:40 now?
I'm weird though. I can do a 6 x mile at sub-5:20 pace with 60 seconds rest or run a 10 mile tempo in an hour in a workout, but I just can't convert to races.
