Will Life continue to dominate the NAIA's mens XC and frustrate Malone? Or will some other Kenyan dominated squad take the trophy? Hmmmm, Mid American Naz, Central Meth?

who cares. giving all these kenyans a free education and a team to run for is part of the problem in this country.
Most local running clubs could field a masters team that could take down Life U. They are just slow boys that couldn't find a better calling.
You are both on crack!
Kenyans can make Americans better if they quit sniveling and try to beat them.
The greatest thing the Kenyans did was create an unbeatable image that Americans bought like Playboy and rap.
Having Kenyans floating through the NAIA, the NCAA and the American roads gives a big black target that can be hit.
Ya, there are several (read none... duh) masters that have ever run as fast as Life's Silah Mosoi or Sammy Nyamongo (or LU's Kirwa, or LC's Randich or Bungei... all NAIA Kenyans that have created a 13-year dynasty). But if they were at Alabama or Eastern Michigan you'd say, hey, they're pertty good, I guess.
Just because a school or division doesn't have a professional football team like the SEC doesn't make it crap.
Quit protecting your own foreign-laden cross-turf andgive credit where it is due.

Gone are the days when Life had 2-3 23:00-24:00 8k runners. Their studs graduated a couple years ago. Past XC results show they are vulnerable:
2001: win 84-118
2000: win 99-137
1999: win 25-91
1998: win 41-81
The past two seasons have been much closer than in the past. Sooner or later another team full of old Kenyans and C-rate Kenyans will step up to the plate.

Or... some white team, like Malone or Cumberland. If Stanford and Colorado can do it on the semi-pro DI level, it can be done in the NAIA
I would venture to say mid amercan does not have a shot. The kenyans they had this year couldn't break 15 to save there life. They will need to split that in cross to be competitive. There best guy last year was a white guy (Joey Hockett 31:09) and they drop off severly after that. Life looked like they got some new imports in this spring but I am not sure if they will go D1 next year. They have a 3:43 guy from maybe britain if I were to guess( He looked pretty race saavy at nationals
Kabara, Anthony CUMBERLAND 1:45 800 not white in fact he is black as night. But yes as far as there cross team goes they are of the pasty sort
Good observations... however, MidAmerican just sucked up Northwest Nazarene's (5th last year) roster of Kenyans. Both squads were mis-coached but lots o' talent can sometimes overcome that.
Otherwise, Life is a crap shot. They'll be NAIA if they have a program (the school may go under as they are very close to losing their chiro certification).
The 1500m guy you saw is French. Who knows if he'll be back.
probably not based on a recent article in local newspapers.
According to an email spam from Walt Murphy Life has dropped all athletics fro 2002-2003
