Can some one help me?
I need a 16 week training program for the 3200m (2mile) race. My fastest time last season was 10:05 for the 3200m and 4:41 for the 1600m. I am looking to go sub 9:40 or better. The only problem is my current coach knows nothing about running. I need a program with specific speed and recovery work outs. We normally have track meets on saturdays and wednesdays and the last three weeks is districts, regionals and states. Any advice at all would be great, thanks!
