Ok, I'm a sophomore in highschool. In this video here, I used my estopwatch to time it afterwards and it's between 12.1 and 12.4. If you time it, I was really close to getting low 11, but it's like I break down and can't finish the race. Is there anything I can do to improve this? I've been working out for a while and really just want the results to show. It kinda sucks. I have a parachute aswell, will that help? What results should I expect from that? How much faster will I be from this time alone compared to race day do you think? I need to get somewhat better, my practice tryout meet is Feb 19th, and i want to get varsity!
