I am taking a gymnastics course at my university and am really liking it. One of the assignments was to go to the gymnastics club, I went, really enjoyed it and
will definitely go back.
Could this help me with running - I'd think so because it is extra physical activity. I am picking it up very quickly - I can do a full split, split into the negative, hold a handstand and walk for pretty much however long I want, front handsprings, roundoffs, back walkovers, and some other trivial stuff.
I have yet to start the real events like the bars, rings, or vault.
So could this improve my running?
