I'm 30, spent most of my 20s lifting weights and never running more than a couple miles at a time. Reached a point (210lbs bulk / 190lbs cut) where I can't really get a lot bigger naturally and got turned off by bodybuilding as I realized it's literally 100% steroids to get bigger/better than where I am.
I've switched pretty much completely to running now, but as you'd expect I'm super slow. 22-23 minute 5k, longest run so far is 12 miles (started running about 3 months ago).
What are realistic goals for 5k, marathon, maybe even ultras without losing my upper body?
