Tomorrow it will be zero degrees. It typically doesn't get that cold here. At some point does it become dangerous to go running? I have done 10 degrees and lived to tell about it but I got think 0 degrees you start to deal with things such as instant frostbite and other nasty things.
you will be fine. Here's a couple of pro tips
-put Vaseline on your face (keeps heat in, provides a barrier against the cold)
-Wear thick socks on your hands over your gloves
-If your shoes are too breathable, throw some duct tape on over the shoe.
I live in New England, last year I did multiple runs where it was -5 and colder without issue. When it gets down to -15 or so I go inside. It can be bad for your lungs to breathe in super cold air like that, but at 0 degrees you will be fine.
