What are the equivalent times for a masters runner of 60 years of age for 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30?
Do you think its possible to go from 8:30 off of a few miles walking everyday to sub 6:00? If not, what do you think is the fastest you can likely go.
If subject is currently 56 and has three and a half years (August 2018) to improve what kind of time should he shoot for?
Male, 185 pounds during the 8:30, 5'10-11. Currently about 10 pounds lighter, hoping to lose another 10. Athletic history around 6:00 in HS, some biking and walking since then.
