Guys, I'm new to running the 5k indoors this year. Seriously, no trolls. I've broken 15 outdoors, but indoors it seems like a bit of a stretch? Pacing? Training for winter? Any ideas?

If you run on a mondo like surface on an oversized track, it might be easier to break 15 indoors because the elevated tracks give back much more energy on each step than out outside track you have no wind or other weather elements working against you.
