I'm hoping someone out there has info regarding cross training options. I'm injured and planning to cross train for a few weeks while not running, but I also want to continue the cross training once I'm running again, not in replacement of any running but as a supplemental recovery tool.
Has anyone read research on which would result in more benefit - elliptical training, stationary cycle, or a reclined stationary cycle? I'm planning to buy one of these, but want to get the most bang for my buck.
