2 x (600,400,300,200) with short recoveries: 75 seconds after 600, 60 seconds after the 400 and 45 seconds after the 300, 90 seconds between sets.
Times were (1:41, 65, 47, 30) (1:40, 64, 45, 29)
Any ideas of a 1500 and 3000 time prediction?

Well i can tell you for sure that i couldn't perform that training.
For reference i might be about 4 :07 at 1500m and just under 9 for 3km.
Thats 3km at a really fast pace in my opinion, so you can probably do about 3:55 to 4 flat at 1500m. 3k is a little harder to judge since its twice the distance and maybe 4-5 x 1000 or 6 x 800m would be a better indicator.
Short recovery you had though so it's safe to say beetween 8:35 and 8:45. You can probably run under 9 running backwards.
Thanks for prediction, got a 3k race in 8 days so will be exciting to see
let me know how it went then. i will have my first 3k race somewhere in january.
Bump
4:01 for the 1500
