Ok a while ago I posted that I couldn't break 18.30 for 5km Off 100miles per week.
Now im running more and I still cant.
What does high mileage do?
Im running 10 to 12miles every moring and 6 to 8 in the afternoon. Sometimes I even do triples. 12.-5-4miles.
So if im doing this week after week am I strong? Or is this just pure garbage and should I just give up and take up cycling?. I have no talent. Im just an average guy that is committed and just loves running.
Should I tske two weeks off and just run 50miles aweek? I guess what im wondering is all u guys say that high milage is great ect and u will become faster and stronger. But for me it has done nothing. Surely any 28year old male that can run at 130lbs can run faster then me. Am I just a joke?
Just like to get ur thoughts?
