He should have been playing a long time ago. The CBA states that players will receive a 6 game suspension for their first domestic violence offence. Rice was given a larger suspension unjustly because Goodell was afraid of media scrutiny. It was wrong and that is why Rice won the appeal. About as cut and dry as it gets.
