They all ran a half in Costa Rica. Ryan won last year in 65:xx. Site in Spanish and I am unable and unwilling to dig further. NAZ Elite Twitter posted results.
Sara Hall also won the womens race.
Not the deepest race in the world, or the fastest. Apparently it is at some altitude. Glorified training days for most.
Llano just ran his debut 2:17.xx. Ryan Hall, due to LetsRun logic and transitive property, is in worse shape than his Boston race. maybe sub 2:20? He said after his ten miler he was not in the best shape. Abdi is in even worse shape. Could he even beat Shalane heads up?
Matt Llano 65:00, Ryan Hall 66:13, Abdi 68:08

Post the link, I'll translate it. I think it was covered by La Nacion last year.

Competitor mag did a summary. That'll do! Good run from Sara Hall. Alone in 4th the whole time and ran near her PR. She has had a superb transition to the roads. Good day of scalping for Llano. Hope he figures out the marathon. I think Ryan Hall will come back to form if he can just have some sort of consistency in his life and training. Hard to say what Abdi has been up to, but 68 is pretty poor for even a training run at altitude for someone of his caliber.
