This live feed freezes every 5 seconds..
Its your internet connection.
mine is fine
The buffering every five seconds is horrible.
I like these commentators but this dialogue seemed somewhat sexual,
"Yeah right now your just feeling her out, you are just feelin her rhythm as she pushes, later on you might be on her shoulders as she really pushes."
4k-
Avery 12:50

Who is that super-tall female (the one who looks like she's twice as tall as everyone else)?

Impressive coverage. Good camera positions. Decent commentary. Excellent graphics, display of times/positions/scores.
anybody elses feed freezing?
My feed is freezing regularly. It's damn annoying. But I checked on another computer and it was in sync, so I think it's the stream.
DiSanza was rapidly closing ground on Avery the last km, closing to 8 seconds. How many people had her in the top ten, much less second.
Mine never froze. I'm suprised at how good the stream was.
Why was Houlihan so far back today? She wasn't even close to contending
The closing was not as large as it seemed (for DiSanza, who closed from about 13 to 8) but they were not showing much of the race, just the leader.
My video only froze once for about 7 seconds with some earlier one-second pauses. It is probably your internet, not the feed that is the problem.
Michigan State is very good. Leah O'Connor was only their 3rd today that shows how good they are.
So is Kate Avery. Great efforts by both.
We were doing live coverage here as well. I think I'll embed it in this thread as well:

She followed the Lindgren strategy that all the experts proclaimed "stupid".

What a run. congratulations.
In the modern era where US endurance running is so much deeper than in Britain it's an oddity to note that Avery would start as a considerable outsider in the (generally very weak) GB universities cross country with the likes of Gorecka and Taylor-Brown up against her.
