I know that Korolev and Ed can straight up fly. However, I still wonder about the course length. I followed the live feed on the Flotrack Twitter page and the lead pack was at 20:19 at 4 miles. Korolev won in 29:33.5. That means that he'd have to have had run the last 2.2 miles at 4:10.5 pace. That is 7:47 for 3K. I looked at Korolev's 3K P.R. and it's 7:51, so the fact that he set a supposed 3K P.R. after he'd already run 4 miles seems suspicious, no matter how slow the pace. I don't, I just don't know that it was a legitimate 10K.
