Other than Billy Mills's 10k Olympic gold, what are some other races where a real underdog took home the win?

What if an underdog led from the gun and won? Are you interested in this? Or just underdog who had to come from behind to win?
Try to get a little coherence between your subject line and the content of your post if you want serious replies, man.
Sorry, I guess I wasn't very clear. Any wins from an underdog, regardless of how they started.

That's not "coming from behind" - but it's an amazing finish.

Excellent choice.
But have a look here, 8:00 in:

Longest shot on the board in the richest race in the World.
This one's pretty good from Robby Andrews:
Can't believe no one has mentioned this one yet. John Treacy pips Steve Ovett at the line:
In the 1983 OT marathon Pete Pfitzinger was in the lead, Salazar and John Tuttle passed him and he was beat, but he sneaked up and sprinted past them at the end.

Wottle was the world record holder. Not an upset.
Andrew Lloyd over Ngugi. 5000 m Commonwealth Games 1990.
Obea Moore. HS track.
His 4x400 team was an underdog. He makes up 2.5 seconds in the last lap, most of it with less than 100m to go.
