He is a serious candidate for a world record.
He looks very relaxed and can run faster if the situation warrants.
Hard to discuss when all we saw was him magically have a 10 second lead as well as seeing none of the race after the halfway mark

learn how to spell... this is a track and field forum after all

He's got incredible technique still, an absolute joy to watch.
Hammer throw

It is running. There is no "technique". It is not a skill sport.

I belief technique and form are similar enough to be used as synonyms
Point being kipchoge has very little wasted motion.

I agree, race was a sham, completely staged... I bet the elites took walk breaks whenever the cameras weren't on them

You're a dipshit if you think that is what the poster is implying. Did you see the live broadcast?
Yeah, this guy deserves a glory thread. People seem to be talking about the world record too much and ignoring what really matters, which is that we've just seen two less than 20-second races in a row.

No you're the digsip. That's exactly what the poster was implying. Also from the motorcycle camera it was clear they weren't even there in Chicago streets. They were holograms. I believe it's because of Ebola. Either they think they have it so they don't allow them to race there, or the athletes themselves are scared to race in Ebola-infested Chicago. It was like watching a low budget sci-fi film. During the weather breaks and random interviews they were generating more fake footage of holograms running.

LOL
Pole vault.
(Previous similar posts on this thread for 'Discus' and 'Hammer throw' were very funny. But 'Javelin'... that was brilliant. :-)

after more research it has become clear that the city of chicago actually does not exist, it was destroyed by the government years ago. It is now a fake city the government points to whenever people reach out to them with problems..
people: our local gov is corrupt. gov: nah look at chicago's corrupt politics, it could be worse
people: someone got shot, ban guns. Gov: have you seen chiraq?
people: weather is so bad here. Gov: its windier in Chicago.
people: Police brutality. Gov: look at the Chicago PD, compared to yours.
based on the heaps of evidence mentioned above i have come to the absolute conclusion that i am correct.
