I meant "swing back into first lane."
I will guess it was roughly 2 * (1/2 a lane stagger) / lap.
Your description makes no sense. I assume you meant to say the cart was in the first two *lanes* of the track.
Also, it's not clear if the cart was on the straight or the curve. If it was on the straight, you added only a meter or so by moving out to lane three at the start of the straight and back by the end of the straight. If it was on the curve, it depends on how long you stayed in lane three. If you moved to lane three at the end of the straight and didn't move back to lane one until you came out of the curve on the back straight, you added less than 8 meters per lap.

Basically I tried to make the most efficient swing by moving towards lane 3 and as soon as I cleared the cart, I swung back into lane one. Cart was situated around 350 meters.
A LOT. Trust me. A really LOT!
By the transitive property and the law of large numbers, you ran 1.12 extra meters on average per 1/3 lap.

It is the equivalent of drifting from lane 1 to lane 5, which Montanyo did last year causing a big uproar amongst ignorant people
I routinely run in the outer lanes. It saves wear and tear on the inside of the track. I have found this website particularly helpful.

I almost always run in the outside lanes to save wear and tear on my body and the track. I don't get too hung up on exact distances in training.
To answer the OP, you ran a couple extra meters per lap.
