Coming into college I had a few places that would let me walk on and run. My senior year I suffered a knee injury that has just fully healed (required surgery). Is it too late to try to run somewhere? Currently a sophomore. The school I'm at now recently changed coaches and I have no knowledge of the current coach.
Ran 1:54 800 49 400 and 15:50 5k 4:31 1600. Usually ran 800s, not too many miles. How should I go about trying to run somewhere? Any advice constructive or otherwise appreciated.
