A great quote.
He also says Mo can't avoid him forever and that "The forest has a new king."

This is kind of trite and rote.
No, you all cannot be a champion. Factor that by one Olympics every 4 years.
I think wanting to win is not important at all.
I think fantasizing that you are winning the Olympic gold while having a blast training your ass off / or on, is the important thing.
Training should be gratifying, always leave some on the track or trail for next time.
Races should be the fun icing on the cake.
I bet you almost everyon's PB felt FUN.
And better than all that stuff, years later... That your teammates and friends are a fraternity or a sorority For Life.

what a loser.

I still can't figure out why you post here. You rarely have anything intelligent or interesting to say.
I keep getting notifications from him saying things like "Team Buffalo #FootprintsAreStillWet" Does anyone know what he means?
Glad that the elites are acknowledging Farah dodging competition too
No matter how you slice it, Mo Farah A) had an off year and B) dodged the competition.
He's also getting older. Can his well known tactics and kick see him through another championship cycle?
Looking at this year, Ndiku is not only a great athlete, but there is a lighthearted feel to his post race celebrations and over all attitude that is winning. He's a great personality.
And he's feeling his oats, calling out Farah. Mo has a lot on his plate looking forward to the next two years. It's better to be hungry than to be chased, perhaps.
HOWEVER--Mo has World and Olympic titles that Ndiku can only aspire to at present. I believe Mo will toe the line in '15 ready to defend. It's gonna be fun to watch.
Yeah, an indoor 3K world title in fine, but if it was you, wouldn't you rather have an outdoor 5000 title?

Soon.
Mo will have hard time doubling if hes gonna face Calib
If he were only to go for the 5000 I think he can defend his title but if he is doubling and has to qualify for the 5000 finals then it will be hard task.
Look, clearly Ndiku voiced his frustrations with Farah ducking competition this season. He was in the best shape of his life, showing he was best in the world, yet he won't get the label "fastest distance runner in the world" because he never faced Farah. It's kind of like how Justin Gatlin had a ridiculously dominating season, but everyone still considers Bolt the fastest man in the world. It's all bull and it's great that Ndiku is doing some trash talking.
Don't overlook that the sport of track and field clearly lacks rivalries. Zero Gatlin v. Bolt (v. Blake) matchups happened this year. Merritt and James squared off all of 3-4 times and none of them matched the hype of what went down at Pre. Hoffa dominated the competition when it mattered most, as did Dawn Harper-Nelson. The men's high jump was amazing, as were the men's 400m hurdles, men's 800 and women's 1,500m, but the sport still lacks marquee rivalries. If Ndiku and Farah can clash a few times this next year and into the 2016 Olympic year, the sport will be better for it. I hope Ndiku continues to throw his thoughts out there.

He literally means he is on a team of buffalo and the moisture from their footprints has not yet evaporated.

so what you are saying is that none of there other races were as exciting as a race decided by 0.01 seconds and also the only race to every have two men under 44 outside of the Olympics.
There are some American rivalries: Manzano keeps kicking Centrowitz's ass, Simpson and Huddle keep kicking Rowbury's ass....

Too bad it won't happen.
Rupp and the attitude of "Team Duck(er)" have rubbed off on Farah and he is now afraid to race unless everything, including a 100% chance of winning, are "duck-certified."

You forgot Lagat kicking Rupp's aass.
Hmm, do you notice a theme here?
Nike athletes getting trounced from 800-5000, men's and women's. Not one national event-leader.

I hate stupidity. Nike leads the following US events between 800 and 5000:
1) Galen Rupp is the 2012 US leader at 5000.
2) Evan Jager is the US leader in the 3000s.
New Balance leads
1) Women's 1500 with Simpson
2) Women's 3000s with Coburn.
Saucony leads with
1) Men's 800 with Solomon.
2) Women's 5000 with Huddle.
So those companies each have 2.
adidas and Saucony have one.
adidas leads
1) Women's 800 with Wilson
Hoka One ONe leads with
1) Men's 1500 with Manzano
Lagat is sponsored by nike...

Anyone else want to handle Rojo's post? It's just too easy at this point.
