Worst Running Shoe Store in Your Area-Holabird Sports

I've had good luck with their online store. The prices were good. However, I've never been to their physical store, nor have I ever tried to return anything.

that's crazy talk - I buy a lot of shoes from them online and even returned a few - they are low priced and quick delivery.

in person, I dunno.

I also have bought several pairs of shoes online from them. Great prices, quick deliveries and I've never had a problem.

I live on the other side of the country and I have used the Holabird online store numerous times to buy running shoes. Never have had any problem with them.

Like all the other posters, I have ordered many shoes from them at the best prices. They delivered exactly what I ordered and shipped everything incredibly fast.

I lived in Maryland and Holabird was well worth the drive back in the day before the internet. Cheap prices (usually well below MSRP), good selection, and a closeout wall with great bargains. It was a warehouse (you went to the counter and ordered up the shoes you wanted to try on) so service was hit or miss. I wouldn't go there for a personalized fitting. And they had a strict return policy. I was once denied a return because there was a piece of sock fuzz on the shoe.

With the internet, it's nothing special. You can find good deals, but other stores have passed it by in terms of selection, price, and service.

I've used Holabird online for years. Fast service and great selection of closeout shoes. Now, they even carry hoka.
