I was wondering if anyone could predict what times I may be able to hit in my following xc/track seasons based on my progression on my first year running? I am about to begin my cross country season and would like to have a good idea of what I am capable of.
I started out with a 19:20 in cross country and my the end of the season hit a 17:50. My track times progressed as follows:
800m: 2:06-2:00
1600m: 4:53-4:27
3200m: 10:00-9:46
It should be noted that I got to run the mile the most towards the end of the season, and rarely got to run the 2 mile.
