Over the past 2 years, I have dealt with upper hamstring tendinopathy, for which nothing had worked, except cycling. Over the past 3 months, I have cycled approximately 50 miles per week, in addition to running approximately 30 miles per week. I've had good results and do intend on running more; however, I don't know that I am maximizing my cycling time. Should the the 2 days of cycling be easy or a mix of intervals, tempo, etc. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Of course, my main goal is geared towards my running performance.
