All-American girl: I guess in my mind I am thinking good looking, smart, college graduate, probably a varsity athlete in HS (looks to have swimmer shoulders), down to earth, not into herself too much but seemingly confident. Not fat at all but not a fitness model by any means. I am done dating girls in their prime distance years. I will tell you that much. They're nuts.

Like me she has her earbuds in because there's a table of moms in the corner talking pretty loud. A girl she knows just stopped by and started talking to her. I was eavesdropping and looking for a clue but the hens in the corner won't shut up.

Well, you know she's studying for the MCAT, so why not just start a conversation by asking something about the test or her med school plans? Is she planning on taking the current MCAT, or the new 2015 test? What med schools is she applying to? Does she have a specialy in mind? What kind of clinical/volunteer work has she done? Has she done any research work as an undergrad?

You already know what her major interest is, so it should be pretty easy to come up with a question to break the ice and start a conversation.

Dude, just find an online trailer for some chick flick, pretend to cry, then just walk up to her and ask if she has any Kleenex.
