How is an international meet allowed to be held there? Would any times or records set there stand? I would have to imagine that they wouldn't because the track isn't regulation shape. Or is any track shape okay as long as it is 400m?
No records were set today, that's for sure. Every single race was a crawl except the last one.

The women's 200m and men's 800m were slower than the world juniors. Overall this has to be slowest DL meet I have ever seen. It's not the track because it is the same shape as a lot of the old stadiums and athletes have run fast there before.

How is an international meet allowed in Stockholm? Because double radius tracks are allowed, that's how. It's in the IAAF manual.
Stockholm has four tight corners and a wider radius span that joins them. It's really not noticeable unless you go looking for it.
