I'm starting to bike because my stress-fracture and I was wondering if anyone knew how many beats on my heart I would minus to make the bikeing heart rate equivalent to running. My maximum heart rate running is 196. Like I know in pool running I usually minus about 10 to 12 beats for each level I want to train at. Would anyone know how many beats I would minus to make it equivalent on a bike? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks...
