I have moderate flat feet. I've got 3 pair of stability shoes. They are light, but that's about it. My feet kinda slide around in the shoe, especially when I'm stretching. After warming up for 5-10 minutes, my arches begin to ache. This affects my whole workout. I don't want to get a bulky, motion control shoe. What should I do?
Go to a running store and buy shoes that fit

No, it's not a lacing problem. When I run in my football cleats, my feet fit snuggly into them. When I wear my running shoes, they don't feel as restrictive.
