Just ate a ton of chinese food...have race tomorrow

Pretty sure Wang Junxia ate Chinese food before every race and did just fine.

Anything with the star following on the menu is just asking for trouble but should be fine by 5pm. Oatmeal/pancakes for breakfast will clean you out. Just ate two servings of Being Beef myself with practice in the morning. Going to give Fartlek Run new meaning to anyone behind me.

there is no real Chinese food served at NYC Chinese take outs. Everything is American-Chinese. But you are correct NYC American-Chinese food is the national template for what is called Chinese takeout across the nation.
