All right so im going to be a college sophomore and i wanted to know if there any real benefits to running all 7 days of the week as opposed to 6 days.
Currently, i've been running 70-80 miles in 6 days a week with all single runs. If i ran 7 days a week i'd just spread out everything to keep the exact same mpw.
All of my teammates tend to stress running all 7 days a week even though they're hitting roughly the same mileage maybe even less.
I've found that when i run 7 days a week i dont leave my legs enough time to recover and everything just constantly aches.
Again, it would be helpful if you could just tell me benefits to running 7 days a week instead of 6 days a week if the mileage is the same in both situations. Thanks
