Jack Daniels says in his running formula book 'you can use hills in place of R-paced workouts' in phase 2 of 800m training plan. But he doesn't specify the hill session.
My phase 2 will last 6 weeks, I have access to a 300m hill at around 7-8% grade, what would be a good progressive hill workout for me who wants to train for 800-1500m. I run 35mpw.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
