In reality, you are already fine to pass. One week of no smoking + exercise is enough for anyone in decent shape to get clean. I've had buddies pass in 2 hours, 2 days, and 3 days just by drinking tons of water right before the test.
Personally, I like to allow 7-10 days.
Here are my tips:
****Keep working out. Burn the fat & burn the THC away. And if you want, hit the sauna.. not for an hour though...
****Eat pretty healthy. No fast food or any junk.
****Drinking extra water won't do anything unless it is 24 hours or less till you take the test. You should be taking trips to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes around an hour before your test.
****Take 2 or 3 Multi-Vitamins (b vitamins) to make your pee yellow rather than water/clear. This will fake 99% of tests. No one ACTUALLY checks for dilution, they just look at the color.
****When you pee, make sure you use the middle 50% of your flow. Earliest 25% and latest 25% are the dirtiest.
Do these and you have my guarantee to pass. Although, like I said, I believe you are already good to go.
