3 of 4 of England's 4 x 1 team was white.
You have the Borlee brothers in Belgium who outperformed everyone in the US at the Olympics, and Pavel Maslak of Czech Republic is coming on quite well.
In Germany, Julian Reus just ran 10.05, Lucas Jakubczyk has run 10.07 this year, and Martin Keller ran 10.07 last year (along with a windy 9.99). Obviously Lemaitre goes without saying.
Even Japan have Kiryu and a few others who are pretty good.
Other than Wariner it seems like almost everyone who even runs USA's is black and pretty much all the finalists at USAs are. I couldn't even tell you who the fastest white guy in the USA is right now. It seems the gap between white and black sprinters is very small if not nonexistent in places like Europe, South Africa, and Australia but in the US it is huge.
