I trained about 15mpw last summer, and about 35-40 in the winter.

SO 520 miles total.
Ive done hills, 100s, 150s, 400s, 800s, 1000s, and our coach had us do a 5 mile tempo where I averaged around 5:30 pace.
My long runs are 9-12 miles probably finishing around 6 minuite pace.
Essentially about 30-35% of my miles have been quality.
Ive done core and strength work everyday
Our school record is 15:46, and my goal this year is to break that record, and ill be tapering down for the race, it is at sea level, and is fairly fast.
Assuming good conditions how reasonable is my goal?
