What ever happened to Mike Nootebos?

how often does he run? where does he run? you seem to know more about the man than anyone else? Isnt it shane bilodeau, or are they the same people?

what did he run and what were his times? gotta know?

Mike Nootebos was, IMFHO, the most, without question, fluid runner I have ever seen. Put El G and Geb to shame!!!!

Mike owns a farm in Surrey somewhere. He ran with the Kajaks in the 90's 3:44 and 1:47 I believe. Correct me if I am wrong. Did he make the Commonwealth Games team in Victoria? If not, I think he was close. I think Marek was his coach. Probably would have run faster if things were different.

Here is the official update on Mike:

Two years ago he took up backwards running; and, he know wishes to be known as Mike Sobetoon.

His swan song was in Victoria at the Commonwealth Games.
