Not the guy with a 13:20 PR
We've spent a good portion of our Sunday morning wading through the hard to navigate Commonwealth games website to figure out when the athletics action is.
We've produced a schedule of the entire athletics stuff this week which can be found here:
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2014/07/2014-commonwealth-games-athletics-schedule-results/
Tv and streaming info can be found here:
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2014/07/television-streaming-information-2014-commonwealth-games/
Our effort was rewarded as we realized the cracking men's 5000 is about to go off. Should be a great one. Willis just ran 3:29 - can he hang with Ndiku and Koech?

I see what your saying but willis has great wheels. Yes, we always make the point that races don't come down to who has the most speed but rather to who has the most speed left but it should be interesting.
I think he can medal.
There certainly will be a huge incentive for the Africans to not let it dawdle. Everyone who complains about a sit and kick final has reason to watch this one.
The temperatures are cool in Glasgow (61) so that will make it easier to push the pace.
Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku will blow everyone off.
Caleb ndiku, Joseph kitur, isiah Koech.
Sit and kick with C.Master taking it in a new pr of 14.55.
No sit and kick. Kowch has tekn it out in 2:06.
